Iraq Working Group Meeting 27/09/22

This is the second of a series of working group meetings focused on discussing the current situation in Iraq and potential solutions for the future. It takes place on Tuesday 27th September at 3pm BST/5pm Baghdad time and it will be off the record.

Our key speaker is Luay al-Khatteeb (PhD). He is an honorary professor at the University of Exeter and a Distinguished Fellow at the Centre on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University. Former Minister of Electricity and member of the Federal Energy Council – Republic of Iraq. His written work appeared in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, The New York Times, Brookings Institution among others.
