With all communications down into and out of Sudan, the civil war continues unabated between the Rapid Support Forces, who appear to be in the ascendancy, and the Sudan Armed Forces. We hold a special meeting to discuss the latest developments on Tuesday 20 February at 3 pm GMT. This will be a Zoom meeting, open to all. However, the meeting itself will be off the record.
