NCF CONFERENCE: This session will discuss the current situation in Libya. It takes place on Day 3 of the Next Century Foundation’s 2022 Healing the Nations conference. This day focuses on stability in a time of crisis. Speakers include Dr Suleiman al Fortia, former National Transitional Council Representative for Misrata and Dr. Khaled Rmali, President of Misrata Social and Cultural Forum in Tripoli.
