Secretary General, Dr William Morris, submitted to the 46th Session of the UN Human Rights Council his oral statement on the way forward for The Republic of Yemen. Dr Morris put forward the amicable and institutional exercise proffered by a Federal system, and a far superior alternative to partition and agreed as part of the National Dialogue. Strong governance will the be solution to peace.
